conditions, in or relating to such sales, leases, of disposi-
tions, and in other respects as to said court shall seem
proper — all the lots or parts of lots of ground, in
the town of William sport, in this state, which be-

long to, and are held jointly in coparcenary, or in com-
mon by the said Mary S. Williams, William S. Williams,
Otho H. Williams, and Elizabeth C. Williams, infant chil-
dren of William E. Williams, deceased, and Mary S, Wil-
liams, infant daughter of Edward G. Williams, deceased,
and all the estate, right, title and claim, of the said infant
children of William E. Williams, in and to all such lots,
or parts of lots of ground, in said town, as are owned and
held jointly, or in common by them, with any other person
or persons whatsoever: And the same when sold, leased,
or otherwise disposed of, and when the terms of sale, or
lease are fully complied with, to convey or demise, by good
and sufficient deed or deeds, lease or leases, to the pur-

chaser or purchases, lessee or lessees thereof: And the mo-
ney arising therefrom, after defraying all proper expenses
attending the execution of his trust, the said trustee shall
carry into the chancery court for distribution, under the
order and direction of the chancellor, among the partfes,
entitled to the same, according to their respective inter-

ests and estates therein: Provided, the said trustee before
he shall make any sale, or lease by virtue of this act, shall
file with the Register in Chancery, a bond with such pen-
alty and security, as the Chancellor may approve, condi-
tioned for the faithful performance of the trust reposed in
him by this act.

Sec. 2. And it enacted, That on the assent, in writing,
of the said Susan F. Williams and Ann Williams, to take
a compensation in money out of the proceeds of said sales,
or receive a proportion of the rents reserved on said leases,
in lieu of dower in said lots, or any of them; being filed in
the Chancey court, the Chancellor may and shall award
and decree to each of them, such sum of money out of said
proceeds, or such proportion of rents as he may think a
fair equivalent or allowance, for or in respect of their res-
pective dower rights in the same; and after the said trustee

of ground, the Chancellor shall make distribution and di-
vision of the nett remaining proceeds of such of said lots
as were sold, among the said infants, agreeably to their
respective interests in said lots, and shall order and direct
