A further supplement to the act, entitled, An act to In-
corporate Frederick Town, in Frederick county.

Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That the Mayor, Aldermen, and Common Coun-
cil of Frederick, be, and they are hereby authorized and
empowered, to lay and construct a single or double track
of rails from Market street in Frederick Town, where it
intersects All Saint's street, east, through last said street,
'to and through the Depot ground of the Baltimore and
Ohio Rail Road Company, near Frederick, so as to inter-

sect the Rail Road of said Company, and to pay the full
cost and expense thereof, and the necessary annual repairs

of the same, out of the public revenue of Frederick; Pro-
vided, That the consent of the said Rail Road Company
shall be first obtained for the laying of said Rails within
their said Depot; And provided also, That said Rail Road
Company may enclose, regulate, and use their said Depot,
as they might do before the passage of this act, except so
far as not to prevent or interfere with the proper and ne-
