Resolution in relation to Hester Penefield.
Resolved by the General Assembly of Maryland, That the
treasurer of the Western Shore pay to Hester Peiiefield,
widow of Thomas Penefield, a soldier of the revolution,
the half pay of a private, in quarterly payments, during
her widowhood.

Resolved by the General Assembly of Maryland, That the
Treasurer of the Western Shore pay to William Glover,
twenty eight dollars, out of any unappropriated money in
the treasury, for his services in the house of delegates as
extra clerk.

Resolution relative to publishing; certain Laws.
Resolved by the General Assembly of Maryland, That the
Governor and Council be requested to publish such laws,
of public nature, as they deem necessary, in one news-
paper in each county in this State, in which a paper is
published, and in two newspapers in the city of Baltimore
