Resolution in favor of Artridge Foggitt.
Resolved, by the General Assembly of Maryland, That the
Treasurer of the Western Shore pay to Artridge Fog-
gitt, widow of Richard Foggitt, a soldier of the revolu-
tion, the half pay of a private, in quarterly payments,
during life.

Resolution in favor of James Layton and Daniel Murphy.
Resolved, by the General Assembly of Maryland, That the
Attorney General be, and he is hereby required to suspend
all proceedings in an execution against James Layton and
Daniel Murphy, of Dorchester county, until the fifteenth
day of March, eighteen hundred and thirty six; Provided,
that the said James Layton and Daniel Murphy pay, or cause
to be paid, to the said Attorney General, the sum of nine
hundred and twenty five dollars, on or before the fifteenth
day of March next.
