thorised and required to pay to the commissioners for Tal-
bot county, or their order, out of any moneys in the trea-
sury not otherwise appropriated, the sum of six hundred
dollars, to be by them applied towards defraying the expenses
of the necessary repairs required to be done to the court
house, in the town oi Easton.

	Passed Feb. 11, 1834	Resolution in favor of James Raymond. Resolved by the General Assembly of Maryland, That the. Treasurer of the Western Shore, pay out of any unappro- priated money in the Treasury, to James Raymond, or or- der, the sum of seventy five dollars.
