1834. RESOLUTIONS.

thorised and required to pay to the commissioners for Tal-
bot county, or their order, out of any moneys in the trea-
sury not otherwise appropriated, the sum of six hundred
dollars, to be by them applied towards defraying the expenses
of the necessary repairs required to be done to the court
house, in the town oi Easton.

Passed Feb. 11, 1834

Resolution in favor of James Raymond.

Resolved by the General Assembly of Maryland, That the.
Treasurer of the Western Shore, pay out of any unappro-
priated money in the Treasury, to James Raymond, or or-
der, the sum of seventy five dollars.

No. 70.

Pasted Feb. 20,

For. payment of sundry expenses, incurred, in suppressing,
Riots.

Resolved by the General Assembly of Maryland, That the
Treasurer of the Western Shore be, and he is hereby in-
structed and directed, to pay, out of any unappropriated
money in the treasury, to Henry Murray, use of Henry
Hobbs, twenty dollars; to Lyman Fulton, seven dollars and
seventy five cents; to Thomas J. White, of Gideon, ten dol-
lars'; to Samuel Stpadman, two dollars; to Savage Manu-
facturing Company, one dollar and fifty cents; to William
Riley, three dollars and seventy five cents; to Jacob Hy-
land, fifty dollars; to Baltimore and Ohio Rail Road Com-
pany, six hundred and ninety seven dollars and forty seven
cents; to Jeremiah Merrill, four hundred and fifty one dol-
lars and eighty nine cents; to T. N. Ferrall, thirty three
dollars; to Swann & Iglehar.t, seventy seven dollars; to Wil-
liam Caton, ten dollars; to Samuel Evans, ten dollars; to
Andrew Lamb, ten dollars; to Gilbert Murdoch, twelve
dollars; to James White, twenty dollars; to James H. Wat-
kins, ten dollars; to William Bishop, ten dollars; to negro
Henry, one dollar; to Bernard Kills, twenty dolars; to
