Resolution in favor of William Welch.
Resolved, That the Treasurer of the Western Shore, pay
to William Welch, a delegate returned from Kent county,
six days itinerant charges, in addition to those allowed or
the Journal of Accounts, inasmuch as the said William
Welch, inconsequence of indisposition, was prevented at-
tending at the seat of government on the day fixed for the
meeting of the Legislature, and has since, by the severe
frost and inclemency of the weather, been compelled to come
around the head of the Bay, in order to attain the seat of
government.

Resolution in favor of David Ridgdy.
Resolved by the General Assembly of Maryland, That the
Treasurer of the Western Shore, pay to David Ridgely:
twenty dollars, for removing the Library, out of any unap-
propriated money in the Treasury,
