and support of said prisoners, shewing the sum of seven
hundred and sixty five dollars and thirty cents, to be justly
due to him;— Therefore,
Be it resolved by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That the Treasurer of the Western Shore be, and he is
hereby authorised and directed, to pay to David W. Hudson,
the warden of Baltimore county jail, the sum of seven hun-
dred and sixty five dollars and thirty cents, out of any mo-
ney not otherwise appropriated, in the treasury.

Resolution relative to the repairs of the Government
House, &c.
Resolved by the General Assembly of Maryland, That the
Governor and Council be, and they are hereby authorised
and directed to have such repairs as they deem requisite
made to the government house, and suitable necessary new
enclosures about the grounds attached thereto; and that
they draw on the Treasurer for such sum or sums as may
be necessary therefor, who is hereby directed to pay such
draughts out of any unappropriated money in the treasury,
not exceeding two thousand dollars.

Resolution in favor of Charles Smith.
Resolved by the General Assembly of Maryland, That tin
Treasurer of the Western Shore pay to Charles Smith, of
Talbot county, in quarterly payments during his life, out of
any unappropriated money in the treasury, the half pay of
a private, in consideration of his services in the war of the
revolution.
