Resolution in favor of the heirs of Sarah Tiilard, late a
pensioner.
Resolved by the General Assembly of Maryland, That the
Treasurer of the Western Shore, pay out of any unappro-
priated moneyin the Treasury, to Captain Otho Thomas, of
Frederick county, or his order, for the use and benefit of the
heirs of Sarah Tiilard, late a pensioner of this State, the
sum of fifty seven dollars and thirty three cents, the amount
appearing to be due her at the time of her death.

No. 59.

Resolution requiring the Librarian to transmit copies of the
Laws of this State, to the Clerk and Register of Wills of
Somerset county.
Resolved by the General Assembly of Maryland, that the
Librarian be hereby authorised and required, as soon as he
conveniently can, to furnish and transmit to the Clerk of
Somerset County Court, for the use of said Court, one
bound copy of the Laws of Maryland, from the year eighteen
hundred and eighteen, to the present time, and to the Regis-
ter of Wills for Somerset county, for the use of the said
Register, and of the Orphans' Court of said county, one
bound copy of the said laws, for the said period of time.

Resolution in favor of John Shyrock.
Resolved by the General Assembly of Maryland, That the
Treasurer of the Western Shore, pay to John Shryack, a
soldier of the revolution, the half pay of a private, in quar-
terly payments during his life.
