RESOLUTIONS.
No. 34.

Resolution authorising the Librarian to transmit copies of,
the Laws, to the Cleik and Register of Wills of Wor-
cester County.
Resolved by the General Assembly of Maryland, That the
Librarian be, and he is hereby authorised to furnish two
complete sets of the Laws of this Slate, from the State Li-
brary, so far as, they can be spared from the same and to
purchase the deficiency, if any, and the Treasurer of the
Western Shore is hereby authorised to pay the cost thereof,
on the Librarian certifying the cost of said books, which
may be purchased under this resolution; one copy to be
kept at the office of the Clerk of Worcester County, for the
use of the court thereof; the other copy to be left at the
Register of Wills office, for the use of the Orphans' Court
of said county, to supply the loss of those destroyed by the
late fire at Snow Hill, in said county.

Resolution in favor of Captain James M. Anderson, of the
City of Baltimore.
Resolved by the General Assembly of Maryland, That the
Armourer at Annapolis be, and he is hereby required to de-
liver to Captain James M. Anderson, of the Independent
Greys, of the City of Baltimore, any arms or accoutrements,
not exceeding sixty of each, which the said Armourer may
select, on his giving such bond and Security for the safe
keeping and return of the same to the State, as the Gover-
nor and Council may require.
