1834. RESOLUTIONS.
and directed to contract with some person or persons for the
repair oi the roof of the warehouse lately occupied by
David Baker, and that he charge the sum necessary for
said repairs in his account with the Treasurer of the West-
ern Shore.
Resolved, That the said Wharfinger be authorised to ex-
amine the compting room lately erected by the snitl Baker,
in the warehouse the said Baker occopies at this lime, and
allow him such sum for erecting the same, as tlie said
Wharfinger, in his judgment may deem proper; provided
said sum shall not exceed thirty dollars, which sum shall be
deducted from the annual rent of said warehouse.

Resolution in favor of Bridget Duffee.
Resolved by the General Assembly of Maryland, That the
Treasurer of the Western Shore be, and he is hereby au-
thorised and required, to pay to James Moores, for the use
of Bridget Duffee, widow of Thomas Duffee, of Harford
county, a revolutionary soldier, seven dollars and fifty cents,
it being the amount due him at the time of his death, as a
pensioner.

Resolution in favor of William H. Baldwin, of Anne Arundel
County.
Resolved by the General Assembly of Maryland, That the
Treasurer of the Western Shore be, and he is hereby au-
thorised and required, to pay William H. Baldwin, of Anne
Arundel county, or to his order, two months pay, due his
mother, Maria Gambrill, deceased, upon the pension list of
this State:
