RESOLUTIONS,

furnish two complete sets of the Maryland Reports, com-
prising the following works, viz: — Harris and McHenry's
4 volumes; Harris and Johnson's, 7 volumes; Harris and
Gill's, 2 volumes; Gill and Johnson's, 5 volumes, out of the
Library of the State, if they can be spared, and if the whole
cannot be spared, to procure such as may be wanting; one
set for the use of the Worcester County Court, and the
other for the use of the Orphans' Court of said county.

Resolution in favor of Thomas E, Martin.
The committee on claims to whom was re ferred the ac-
count of Thomas E. Martin, with instructions to inquire
into the propriety of allowing, him the usual compensation
for publishing laws, &c., beg leave to report, that they have
investigated the above matter, and that it is proper to allow
Thomas E. Martin seventy three dollars, for publishing cer-
tain laws, &c., as specified in an account prefered to your
committee, certified by Mr. Burchenal, and fur this purpose
submit the following resolution:
Resolved by the General Assembly of Maryland, That the
Treasurer of the Western Shore be, and he is hereby autho-
rised and required to pay to the said Thomas E. Martin, the
said sum of seventy three dollars, out of any unappropriatec
money in the Treasury.

Resolution in relation to the Slate's Tobacco Warehouses,
Ths committee appointed to visit the State Tobacco
Warehouses in the City of Baltimore, to ascertain their con-
dition, have performed that part of their duty, and beg leave
to make the following
REPORT:
Your committee first examined Warehouse No. one, and
found upon examining the roof of said Warehouse, that the
gutters six in number, each thirty six feet long, used to car-
