Passed Mar. 9, 1835
|
Resolution in favor of Isaac Swartzwelter, James Shoaff,
Jgnatrus P. Lyles, George Monoly, and Patrick Don-
nelly.
Resolved by the. General Assembly of Maryland, That the
Treasurer of the Western Shore, be, and he is hereby in-
money in the treasury, to Isaac Swartzwelter, one hundred
and fitly two dollars and thirty eight cents; to James Shoaff,
fifteen dollars and filly three cents; to Ignatius P Lyles,
fourteen dollars and eighty nine cents; to George Monoly,
three dollars and thirteen cents; to Patrick Doniielly, one
dollar and seventy eight cents, or to their respective orders,
for expenses incurred in suppressing the riots on the Che-
sapeake and Ohio Canal, in January, eighteen hundred and
thirty lour.

Resolution in favor of Jane Roberts.
Resolved by the General Assembly of Maryland, That
the Treasurer of the Western Shore pay to June Roberts,
widow of William Roberts, deceased, or to her order,
the sum of one dollar and eleven cents, the balance due her
deceased husband, as a revolutionary pensioner, at the lime
of his death.

Resolution in favor of the Troops called out to quell cer-
tain riots.
Resolved by the General Assembly of Maryland, That the
Executive be, and they are hereby authorised, to pay to the
commanding officers, or their order, on the presentation of
a muster roll, legally authenticated, the sum or sums of mo
ney which may be due the troops, for their services, who
