Maulsby, Thomas A Hays, William J Mcllhaney, John
McKenny, Samuel Bradford, Henry Dorsey of Edward,
Elijah J Bond, Otho Scott, Aquilla P Moores, Robert W.
Holland, Alexander Norris, and Henry D Gough, or such
majority of them, as may act under thp law, lodge in the
clerk's office of Harford county, the bond, so as aforesaid to
be given by them, there to be recorded, and upon such
bond, or any office copy thereof, suit or suits may be insti-
tuted by the State, or any person interested therein, against
the obligors therein, or any of them, or their legal represen-
tatives, tor any bleach or non compliance, with the condi-
tions of the same, as public bonds may be sued

CHAPTER 295

An act for the relief of John Marbury, Executor of the last
Will and Testament of William Mar bury, late of the Dis-
trict of Columbia, deceased.

Passed Mar 21, 1835

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland, That

the said John Mar bury be, and he is hereby authorised and
empowered, to file an inventory or inventories of the per-
sonal estate of the said William Marbury, being in Prince
George's county, in this State, at the tune of his death, in
the Orphans' Court of Washington county, in the District of
Columbia, and to settle and pass all such accounts, and do
and perform all such dutres, touching the estate of the said
William Maibuary, in Prince George's county, as the law
now requires should be filed, passed, and done in Prince
George's county aforesaid, and the said inventories and ac-
counts so filed and passed, and other duties performed, in
the Orphans' Court of Washington county aforesaid, shall
have the same effect and credit in this State, as if the same
had been filed, passed, and done in Prince George's county,
in this State, and it shall not be necessary for the said John
Marbury to take out letters testamentaiy, in Prince George s
county, in this State, for the administration of the said
personal estate, of the said William Marbury, or to make
any return touching the same, to the Orphan's Court of said
county
