An act for the relief of William Strickland, an infant child
of the late William Strickland

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland, That
the Levy Court of Prince George's county, be, and they are
hereby authorised and directed to levy on the assessable
property of said county, a sum not exceeding twenty dol
lars per annum, so long as they may deem proper and ne-
cessary, for the support and maintenance of William Strick-
land, an infant child of the late William Strickland, which
sum, when so levied and collected shall be paid to W B C
Worthington, of said county, or his order, for the use and
benefit of the said William Strickland

A supplement to the act to regulate Fences in Dorchester and
Caroline Counties, passed, at December session eighteen
hundred and thirty three, chapter one hundred and nine
teen.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland, That
all lands in Dorchester and Caroline counlres, where inclo-
sures consisted at the time of the passage of the act, to
which this is a supplement, either in part, or in whole, of
any creek, river or bay , or do now consist in part, or in
whole of such inclosures, the same shall be and hereby is
exempted from the operation of the provisions of the said
original act, so far as the said creeks, rivers, or bays, have
been taken and considered ag a part of said inclosure, but no
further, And in all other cases the entire provisions of said
original act, shall be taken and held to be in full force and
effect, with the exception here made, as to the creeks, riv-
ers, and bays in Dorchester and Caroline counties
