An act to divorce Sarah Postell, of Baltimore City, from her
husband, George A Postell

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland, That
Sarah Postell be, and she is hereby divorced from her hus
band George A Postell, and the marriage heretofore had
and solemn zed between them is hereby declared to be
null and void and the sa d parties are hereby divorced, a
vinculo matrimonii

Section 1 Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Ma
ryland, That after the expiration of existing lottery grants,
the Legislature of Maryland shall not pass any law autho
rising the drawing of any lotteiy or the traffick or dealing
in lottery tickets, or schemes or devices in the nature of lot
teries, or the distribution of money or property by chance
