CHAP 216.

making and erecting the aforesaid foot way, and to report
the amount and terms of contract or contracts to the levy

Levy

court of Worcester county, who are hereby authorised and
required to levy the same together with the amount of ex-
penses necessarily incurred under this law, and the. same to
pay over to the person or persons entitled thereto
|
|
|
|
Repeal
|
Sec. 8 And be it enacted, That all such parts of the
act to which this is a supplement, as are inconsistent with
the provisions herein contained, be and the same are hereby
repealed
|

An act to divorce Jacob Walter, of Allegany county, from his
wife, Mary Walter
|
|
|
|
|
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland, That
the marriage heretofore solemnised between Jacob Walter
and Mary Walter, he and the same is hereby declared to be
null and void, to all intents and purposes, and that the said
Jacob Walter and said Mary Walter, be and they are di-
vorced, a vinculo matrimonii

An act to divorce Elizabeth Shoppy, of Baltimore City, from
her husband, Simon Shoppy
|

Divorce
|
Section 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Ma-
ryland, That from and after the passage of this act, the said
Elizabeth Shoppy be and she is hereby divorced from bed,
board and mutual cohabitation with her husband Simon
Shoppy
|
|
|
|
Guardian
|
Sec 2. And be enacted That the said Elizabeth Shop-
py shall be the guardian of, and have the care of any rssue
of her marriage with said Simon Shoppy
|
