CHAP. 221
Repeal
|
Sec. 2 And be it enacted, That all such parts of the
Constitution and form of government, as are inconsistent
with the provisions of this act, are hereby repealed, Pro
vided this act shall fie published at least three, months be-
|
|
|
|
|
fore a new election, and shall be confirmed by the General
Assembly, after the next electron of Delegates, in the first
session after such new election as the said constitution and
form of government directs
|
|
|
|
|

A supplement to the act, entitled, an act to establish perma-
nent Salaries for the Judges of the six Judicial Districts
in thts State.

$300 additional
|
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland, That
from and after the passage of this act, the Chief Judge of
the Court of Appeals of this State, shall receive, in addi-
tion to the sum now allowed by Jaw, the sum of three hun-
dred dollars per annum, and the Treasurer of the Western
Shore shall be, and he rs hereby authorised and directed, to

pay quarterly, out of any unappropriated money which
may be in the Treasury, to the said Chief Judge, the said
additional sum of three hundred dollars

Divorce.
|
Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland, That
Margaret Calahan, of Frederick County, be, and she is
hereby drvorced rrom her husband, Patrick Calahan, a
vinculo matrimonii.
