An act further supplementary to the act, entitled, an act to
lay out and open a Road, from Hand's Old, Field, in
Baltimore County, to Lisbon in Anne Arundel County,
passed at December session, eighteen hundred and twenty-
nine, chapter one hundred and fifty five

WHEREAS, it is represented to this General Assembly,
by the petition of James Hood, of John, one of the Com-
missioners appointed under the original act, to which this is
a supplement, that two of the commissioners appointed on
the part of Baltimore county, having refused to act, —
Therefore,

Preamble.
|
|
|
Section 1 Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Ma
ryland, That Reubin Warfield, of Anne Arundel county,
and Richard Mercer and Greenbury Shipley, of Baltimore
county, be, and they are hereby appointed additional Com-
missioners for said county, and they arc hereby authorised,
either by themselves, or in conjunction with the said James
Hood, already appointed to lay out and open said road, so
far as it passes through said county, and they are hereby
vested with all the powers and authority given to the com
missioners, by the original act to which this is a supplement,

so far as related to Baltimore county, and the Commission-
ers of said county are hereby required to levy, the expenses
of the same on the assessable property of said county

Sec 2 And be it enacted, That so much of the act to
which this is a supplement, as is inconsistent with, or re-
pugnant to, the provisions of this act, be, and the same is
hereby repealed
|

Section 1 Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Ma-
ryland That Solomon, Etting, Upton S Heath, and Joseph
Wilkins, of the city of Baltimore, and William Jenkins,
Edward Gray, and Samuel Parker, of Baltimore county,
be, and they are hereby constituted Commissioners, for
the purpose of re building, repairing, improving, and (if
