presented to the commissioners they shall take into consi-
deration the reasons contained in such petition and such
other testimony as may come before them, and determine
the case, as in their opinion may seem right and proper

CHAP 117.

Sec 2 And be it enacted That whenever the commis
sioners shall deem it expedient that examiners should be
appointed to view the ground, for the purpose of opening,
amending or closing a road they shall appoint three per
sons of their own body to make the examination, and the
persons so appointed or a majority of them, shall after
giving the notice required by the act to which this is a sup
plement, proceed to the examination of the same and re
port their proceedings to the commissioners in the same
manner as examiners were heretofore required to report,
and shall be allowed the same compensation as examiners
now are allowed

Sec 3 And be it enacted, That whenever any or per
son or persons shall deem themselves aggrieved, by the de
cision of he commissioners in the case now pending, or
that may hereafter come before them he she or they, shall
have the right of entering an appeal to the County Court,
at any time within sixty days from the time of such deci-
sion by the commissioners and the case shall be determin-
ed by the judges thereof, or by a jury at the option of eith-
er party

Sec 4 And be it enacted That all such parts of the act
and the supplement thereto, to which this is a further sup-
plement, inconsistent with the provisions of this act, be and
the same are hereby repealed

An act for the benefit of Robert Roach, of the City of Balti-
more

Pasted Feb. 23, 1835

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland That
the commissioners of Insolvent debtors, for the city and
county of Baltimore be and they hereby authorised and
empowered to grant to Robert Roach of the city of Balti
more, the benefit of the several acts of Assembly for the
relief of insolvent debtors, provided the said Robert Roach,
shall in all other respects, (except that of proving residence)
comply with the requisitions of said acts of Assembly, and
