sion seventeen hundred and ninety-eight, chapter (53, re-
lative to swine and geese in the towns of Nottingham and
Upper Marlborough, in Prince-George's county, be and the
same is hereby repealed, so far as relates to the town of
Nottingham.

CHAP. 71.

Sec. 2. And be it enacted, That it shall not be lawful
for any person or persons in the town of Nottingham, from
and after the first day of April next, to confine in any pen,
stye, house, or other enclosure, any hog or hogs, except
from the twentieth of October to the first day of March in
each and every year, under the penally of forty dollars for
each and every offence, to be recovered before a justice of
the peace as other small debts are, one half to the informer,
and the other half to the county.

An Act for the relief of Mary Debruler, of Frederick
County.

Sec. 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Ma-
ryland, That Mary Debruler, of Frederick county, be and
she is hereby divorced from bed, board, and mutual coha-
bitation, with her husband James C. Debruler.

Sec. 2. And be it enacted, That the said James C De-
bruler shall not, by virtue of his marriage with the said

said James C. Debruler shall not be authorised to have or
claim any right, title or interest in, the estate real, perso-
nal or mixed, of the said Mary Debruler, whether acquired
by the said Mary Debruler prior to, or to be acquired by
her after the passage of this act, nor shall the said Mary
Debruler, be in any manner entitled to have or claim any
right, title, or interest in, the estate, real, personal or mix-
