In the city of Baltimore; upon the appointment
of, and having filed bond, &c.
shall vest in such trustee, &c. all the
estate, property, effects, &c. of said insolvent,
and shall operate as an authority
to take possession, for the benefit of the
creditors, &c of all property, books, paper,
&c. without the necessity of such
insolvent executing a deed thereof, and
to entitle him to use all legal means for
recovery thereof
