Supplement to act incorporating a
company to make a, from the District of
Columbia, &c. to Frederick—See ch. 67.
To revive the act of 1809, entitled an
act to incorporate a company to make
a, from Westminster in Frederick
county, through Harman's Gap, to Hagerstown,
and the several supplements
thereto
Concerning the Washington and Baltimore;
authorising the Baltimore and
Ohio Rail Road Company to vary the
location of said Turnpike near the 6 mile
stone, so that the said Rail Road may
cross it without the necessity of a bridge
or viaduct
Additional supplement to the act of
1827, ch. 42, to provide for making the
several, and for the extension of the
charters of the several Banks therein
mentioned
The error in the supplement of 1828,
ch. 119, in regard to the title of the
Washington Turnpike Road Company,
rectified
The acts done thereunder confirmed
The 7th section of said supplement
