To provide for the support of, in
Queen-Anne's county and withdraw the
funds from the Centreville Academy,
which funds as well as the funds placed
under the direction of the school commissioners
of said county by the act of
1828, chapter 35, and dividends payable
to said county which have or may
accrue from the tax on bank stock, pledged
for the support of free schools &c. to
be paid in future to the commissioners
of schools for said county, and by them
to be applied to the education of youth
in the different schools of said county,
providing that each primary school shall
have a portion equal to the largest sum
given to any other school,
Frederick county, incorporated as a
College,
Of Allegany county, incorporated as a
College,
Supplement to the act relating to; authorising
schedule of property taken in
execution, to be amended in case of
sheriff dying, resignation or removing,
Of Montgomery county, allowed not
more than 25 cents per day, for finding
prisoners victuals, and so much of the act
of 1816, chapter 178, as relates to Montgomery
county, repealed,
Additional supplement to the act relating
to; in case sheriff &c. shall not sell
goods taken in execution for the space
of five years or more, authorising plaintiffs
either to renew their execution or
take such proceedings as are authorised
by the laws of the state, in case of the
removal of a sheriff, without having effected
the sale of goods &c. taken in execution,
