there be no newspaper in the county,
then to have stuck up at the Court
House door, and at least three other
public places, most contigious to the
road to be opened, streightened or shut
up &c.
    The clerk of the county shall notify
the levy court or county commissioners,
as the case may be, of all returns
made by the commissioners in relation
to roads to be opened, streightened
or shut up, &c. who shall be authorised
to appear by agent or attorney, in
behalf of the county, and if they can
show to the jury or court, as the case
may be, that the public convenience
does not require said road to be opened,
streightened or shut up, then no such
road shall be opened,
    The county court &c. may determine
whether the expences incident &c. shall
be paid by the petitioner or levied on
the county,

    Benefit of the devisees and legal representatives
of; directing his last will
to be recorded,

   
    In Baltimore; property of, exempted
from taxation,

    St. Charle's College, for the education
of Ministers of the Gospel, Incorporated,
