To amend the law in relation to defendants
in any action of debt, etc.
brought on any bond, with a colateral
condition, in any court, etc. where the
declaration of the plaintiff does not disclose
the particulars of the plaintiff's
demand, may plead by way of rejoinder,
to any replication in any such case,
with leave of court, etc., as many several
matters in several rejoinders, as he
may deem necessary.
Supplement to the act of 1828, ch.
88, supplementary to the act for opening;
extending the provisions of the 8th
section thereof to vessels landing tobacco
at the state tobacco wharehouse on
Light street wharf
Authorised to appoint directors in a
certain turnpike road company, in case
of government subscribing stock thereto
Repealing all special acts for the relief
of, by county assessment in Caroline
county, and authorising the levy
court to levy and apportion, annually,
not exceeding 400 dollars, for that object
Commissioners of Anne Arundel county
authorised to grant out county pensions,
not exceeding 30 dollars, and except
in specific cases, and required to
revise the present list
Trustees of the, in Worcester county,
compensation allowed 1 50 cents
per day for attendance
For the relief of sundry, in the counties
therein named
Levy of 30 dollars on Talbot county
for support of Thomas Deborough,
a deaf and dumb idiot boy
Act of 1827, ch. 163, and of 1828,
ch. 168, relating to, repealed, so far as
the same regards Baltimore county
Repealing all acts heretofore passed
for the relief of, in Worcester county,
(after payment of the current year,)
