PRIMARY SCHOOL
and referring all applications for pecuniary
relief to indigent persons, to the
trustees of the poor, who shall certify
such cases as require relief, to the levy
court, who are required to levy such
sum, not excedding 30 dollars for any
one person, as they shall think proper
    To change the time of meetings of
the trustees of, in Caroline county

    To provide for the inspection of
shingles at

    For the benefit of the heirs and legal
representatives of; confirming a deed
from Margaret Poling, &c.

    Across Patuxent river, for rebuilding;
authorising a levy, not exceeding 300
dollars on each, Prince George's and
Anne Arundel counties, and naming
commissioners to contract, etc.

    In Anne Arundel county.  See Annapolis
    A supplement to the act to provide
for the instruction of youth in, in Anne
Arundel county; authorising all free
white citizens of the age of 21 years,
to vote for or against establishing a primary
school in any district in which
they may hold real property
    The school fund of Queen Anne's
county, heretofore directed to be divided
equally amongst the primary schools
of said county, together with other
funds by this act provided, hereafter to
be applied under the direction of the
school commissioners of said county,
for the education of youth in the several
schools therein; providing however,
that each primary school shall be entitled
to a sum equal to what is allowed to
any other school of said county
    In erecting or repairing any school
house in any primary school district of
Queen Anne's county, according to the
act of 1825, ch. 162, the tax therefor
shall be levied on all the taxable property
of said district, whether belonging
to residents or non-residents
