PERRY, ROGER,
    The right to form beds or otherwise
deposit oysters &c. within the waters of
this state, except as herein before excepted,
shall be common to all the citizens
of this state,
    Penalty of $50 for using any drag,
rake or tongs, with more than six teeth
on either side, in taking oysters &c. except
in the Chesapeake Bay, and Potomac
River,
    Penalty for taking &c. within the limits
or adopted depot &c. if the offender
be free, 50 dollars fine, or imprisonment,
or both, at the discretion of the
Court; if a slave, not exceeding forty
lashes, at the discretion of a single Justice
of the Peace,

    Keepers of, not required to take out
separate licenses to sell liquors &c, prosecutions
instituted to be discontinued,

    To continue the act of 1813, incorporating;
charter extended to 1836, to
enable them to wind up affairs, but not
to make new insurances, etc.

    Relief of; divorcing from bed, board,
&c. with Samuel C. Patrick




    Supplement to the act of 1825, ch.
179, incorporating; requiring nine directors
to be elected annually
    Further supplement, authorising the
present directors to choose the two additional
ones, to serve until the next annual
election
