    To prevent the unnecessary accumulation
of, on all actions or suits at law
in this State; abolishing the imparlance
term of county courts, &c.
    Supplement to the act to prevent the
unnecessary accumulation of, on civil
suits; providing various modifications on
proceedings in ejectment cases, dispensing
with an unnecessary number of
plats, &c. authorising continuances in
certain cases of appeals; directing as to
method of taxing costs; allowing returns
of locations to be corrected at bar; and
directing partial surveys to be made and
received when required,

    And James Sterrett; deed of trust to,
confirmed

    Time of holding, in Somerset county,
hereafter to be the third Monday in
May and November
    Authorised to award costs in cases occurring
under the insolvent acts
    Time of holding, in Queen Ann's
county, hereafter the first instead of the
third Monday in November
    Time of holding in Worcester county,
hereafter the first Monday in May, and
second Monday in November,
    Of Frederick county, for the dispatch
of business in; providing additional terms;
