COSTS
    Of Cecil county; bonds to be recorded
hereafter in office of clerk to
commissioners

    Alteration of confirmed, so far as regards
the division of Dorchester county
into election districts,
    A change of proposed, so far as regards
the division of Frederick county
into eleven, and providing for dividing
said county into twelve election districts,
    A change of proposed, so far as relate
to the division of Worcester county
into election districts; directing the
third or Berlin district to be divided into
two districts,
    A change proposed, in relation to the
removal of proceedings in criminal
cases
    If any person against whom indictment
shall be found for treason, murder,
&c. or for any other offence, punishable
with death, or for libel, shall
suggest in writing, supported by affidavit
or other proper evidence, that a fair
trial cannot be had in the county where
such indictment is found, such court
shall order a transcript, &c. to the court
having criminal jurisdiction in any adjoining
county, either in the same district,
or county adjoining the district in
which the indictment is found; which
shall try and determine the same.
    If any person indicted for felony or
misdemeanor, other than above mentioned,
&c. or shall hereafter suggest
that a fair trial cannot be had, &c. it
shall be in the discretion of the court,
and they are hereby authorised and
empowered, if they shall deem a removal
proper, to order a transcript, &c. as
above,
