CROFT, JOHN,

CULLEMBER,
    LEWIS,
    All actions or suits at law, instituted
in any of the, shall stand for judgment or
trial at the second term after defendant
&c. shall have been arrested, &c.; and
upon judgment, &c. the defendant shall
be entitled to stay execution till the last
day of the ensuing term, with the privilege
of superseding the same for six
months, in the manner now allowed by
law, at any time within two months after
the expiration of the stay, with the
power of appealing, &c.; excepting,
however, cases of the city docket of
Baltimore County Court
    The imparlance term of, abolished
    Authorised to determine whether costs
had in application respecting roads, &c.,
shall be paid by petitioner, or levied on
the county

    To authorise the justices of Orphan
and Levy Courts of Dorchester county,
to appoint their respective,

    To encourage the destruction of, in
Charles' and Prince George's counties;
ten cents allowed for the head of each,
&c.
    Act of 1805, chap. 6, and of 1826,
chap. 110, for the destruction of, so far
as they relate to Charles' and Prince
George's counties, repealed

    So much of the act of 1793, chap. 57,
as authorises the sale of persons committed
for nonpayment of fines or forfeitures,
repealed

    To regulate the removal of proceedings
in, and make certain changes in the
constitution and form of government for
that purpose
