COMMISSIONERS
    OF TAX,
    Compensation to,
    For Allegany county; providing for
electing and prescribing their powers
and duties,
    Compensation to,
    Of Anne Arundel county; authorised
to grant out-county pensions, not exceeding
$30, and except in specified cases;
and directed to revise present list thereof,
    Of Cecil county; supplement to the
act for electing, &c. providing that in
future all the voters of the county should
vote for five commissioners, residents
respectively of the several election districts,
and directing $3 per day compensation
to each of said commissioners
that may live more than ten miles from
the county town, for every day they
shall necessarily attend,
    For the appointment of, for the regulation
and improvement of Princess
Ann, act of 1815, ch. 72, revived,
    To fix the term of holding the annual
election of, for Princess Ann, in Somerset
county; (fourth Monday of March,)
    County, may appear by agent or attorney,
in behalf of the county, in cases
where roads are proposed to be opened,
straightened, or shut up, &c.

    Relating to the issuing of, in certain
cases; declaratory that the law of 1826,
chap. 222, shall not be construed to restrain
the issuing of commissions to one
persons only, if the parties in the cause
consent thereto
    To take testimony in cases of petition
for divorce; compensation $3 per
day whilst employed therein

    Of Washington county, office abolished;
books and papers to be delivered
over to county court
    Of Allegany county, office abolished,
&c.
    Of Prince George's county, powers
and duties of, transferred to the Levy
Court
    For Somerset county, named, &c.
