                                      RESOLUTIONS.                                                                                                                                   1829.  

to distribute the extra sets of the acts of Congress now in the
State Library in the manner following, commencing with the
first session of the seventh Congress, viz:  to each of the
associate judges of the county courts, and the judges of the
city court of Baltimore one copy, to each clerk of the county
courts and the city court of Baltimore, and to each of
the registers of wills, one copy, for the use of their respective
offices, and to each public incorporated library in the State,
when applied for, one copy; to the Mayor and each member of
both branches of the City Council of Baltimore one copy, and
the Mayor, Recorder and Aldermen of the city of Annapolis,
each one copy, and to the Mayor, Alderman and Common
Council of Frederick city, each one copy.

A Resolution in favor of Richard W. Gill, Deputy Attorney
                           General for Baltimore county.


Passed Feb. 27, 1830.
    Resolved by the General Assembly of Maryland, That the
Treasurer of the Western Shore pay to Richard W. Gill,
Deputy Attorney General for Baltimore county, or to his order,
the sum of two hundred and sixty two dollars and sixteen
cents, out of any unappropriated money in the Treasury, as
a compensation for certain professional services rendered the
state, in the collection of her revenue.

A Resolution respecting the Trustees of the Poor for the several
                                  counties of this state.


Passed Feb. 27, 1830.
    Resolved by the General Assembly of Maryland, That the
Governor and Council be requested to furnish the Trustees of
the Poor in the several counties of this state, with one copy
for each county, of the laws and resolutions annually passed
by the General Assembly.
