Passed Feb. 27, 1830.
                                            No. 58.

A Resolution, requiring the Armorer at Annapolis, to deliver
    to Captain George Amos, Junior, of Harford county,
    certain Arms and Accoutrements, therein mentioned.

    Resolved by the General Assembly of Maryland, That the
Armorer at Annapolis be, and he is hereby, required to deliver
to Captain George Amos, Junior, of Harford county, any
Muskets and Accoutrements, not exceeding seventy of each,
which the said Amos may select, on his giving such security
for the safe keeping and return of the same as the Governor
and Council may require.

Passed Feb. 27, 1830.
                                            No. 59.

Resolutions providing for the printing and distribution of
    five hundred copies of an Abstract of the Election Laws
    of this state, for the use of the Judges of Elections.

    Resolved by the General Assembly of Maryland, That the
Treasurer of the Western Shore pay to William McNier, or
his order, the sum of forty-one dollars, upon his being satisfied
that the said William McNier has deposited in the Council
Chamber five hundred copies of the Abstract of the Election
Laws, as recommended by a Committee of the House of Delegates.

    Resolved , That the Executive be, and they are hereby directed
to have the said abstracts distributed at the time when
they distribute the laws of the present session among the several
counties of this state, and the city of Annapolis, so that
each Judge of Election, and the Mayor, and each Alderman
of the city of Annapolis, shall receive one copy.

    Resolved , That the clerks of the several counties shall, under
a penalty of fifty dollars, transmit to each Judge of Election
of their county, a copy of the said abstract, as soon as
practicable, after receiving the same.

A Resolution directing the distribution of certain extra sets of
    the acts of Congress, now in the State Library, in the manner
    therein mentioned.

    Resolved by the General Assembly of Maryland, That the
State Librarian be, and he is hereby authorised and directed
