RESOLUTIONS.
1829.
at least three consecutive weeks before the first
day of October
next, in two newspapers printed in the city of Baltimore,
three on the Eastern Shore, and four on the Western Shore,
out of the city of Baltimore, that sealed proposals will be received
by them until the last Monday of December next, for
executing the public printing of this State, and that the said
proposals shall designate their different rates with reference
to the printing of a single session, or for a term of years, or
during the pleasure of the General Assembly, and that the
same be transmitted to the Legislature, to be opened at the
commencement of their next session.

A Resolution in favor of Andrew Slicer, Messenger to the
Senate; and John Quynn, door keeper to the House of Delegates,
providing compensation for their services therein
mentioned.

Passed Feb. 27, 1830.

Resolved by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That the
Treasurer of the Western Shore pay to Andrew Slicer, Messenger
to the Senate, and John Quynn, door-keeper to the
House of Delegates, the sum of sixty dollars each, for taking
care of their respective rooms and furniture, during the recess
of the Legislature.

A Resolution in favor of Louis Gassaway, Clerk to the Senate,
providing a compensation for his services therein
mentioned.

Passed Feb. 27, 1830.
|
Resolved by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That the
Treasurer of the Western Shore be, and he is hereby authorised
and directed to pay to Louis Gassaway, Clerk of the
Senate, the sum of one hundred dollars, as a compensation for
his services, for completing the recording of the Journal of
Proceedings of the Senate, of December session, eighteen hundred
and twenty-six, under the order of the Senate, passed at
the present session.
