No. 52.
A joint resolution to provide for the preservation of printed
copies of certain bills, resolutions and other public documents.

Resolved by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That the
joint committee, on the public printing, be, and they are hereby
instructed to direct such printer or printers, as they may
contract with, to furnish the State Library with five copies of
all such bills, resolutions and other public documents as he
or they may be required to print by either branch of the Legislature.

A Resolution providing for the payment to James H. Milbourne,
a Committee Clerk of the House of Delegates, his
itinerant charges.
|
|
Resolved by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That the
Treasurer of the Western shore pay to James H. Milbourne
a Committee Clerk of the House of Delegates, or order, the
amount of his itinerant charges.

No. 54.
A Resolution providing for the speedy delivery and distribution
of the Laws and Journals of Proceedings of the Legislature.
|
|
Resolved by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That it shall
be the duty of the Governor and Council, to contract with
some responsible person or persons, under a sufficient penalty,
to deliver the laws and journals of proceedings of the Legislature,
into the office of the clerk of each of the county courts
of this state, within twenty days from the completion and delivery
thereof into the Council Chamber.
