No. 49.
A Resolution respecting certain printed copies of the journal
of proceedings and laws of the General Assembly, remaining
in the clerks office of Harford county court.

Passed Feb. 20, 1830.

Resolved by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That the
clerk of Harford county court, be, and he is hereby authorised
and required to deliver over to any and all persons of
said county, who may be appointed justices of the peace for
said county, whenever said persons may apply for the same,
one copy of the votes and proceedings, and of the laws of this
state, that may have been deposited in his office, for the purpose
of being distributed to justices of the peace, and which
may remain therein.

No. 50.
A Resolution to provide for exchanging, or otherwise disposing
of, the extra sets of the history of England, now in
the State Library.
|
Passed Feb. 26, 1830.
|
Resolved by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That the
State Librarian, be, and he is hereby authorised, under the direction
of the joint committee on the State Library, to exchange
or otherwise dispose of, forty three setts of the history
of England, now in the said Library, and the said committee
are hereby directed to invest the proceeds in the purchase
of other books, suitable for the Library.

A resolution in favor of William B. Bond, Deputy Attorney
General for Harford county.
|
Passed Feb. 27, 1830.
|
Resolved by the General Assembly of
Maryland, That the
Treasurer of the Western Shore, be, and he is hereby directed
to pay to William B. Bond, Deputy Attorney General for Harford
county, or to his order, the sum of twenty-four dollars
and two cents, out of any unappropriated money now in the
treasury, as a compensation for certain professional services
rendered the state in the collection of the public revenue.
