                                            No. 22.

A Resolution requiring the Armourer at Annapolis to deliver
    to Captain John Carson, of Harford county, certain arms
    and accoutrements therein mentioned.


Passed Feb. 11, 1830.
    Resolved by the General Assembly of Maryland, That the
Armourer at Annapolis be, and he is hereby required to deliver
to Captain John Carson, of Hartford county, a number,
not exceeding sixty-four stand, of arms, with appropriate accoutrements,
which the said Armourer may select, on his
giving such security for the safe keeping and return of the
same, as the Governor and Council may require.

                                            No. 23.

A Resolution providing for the investment of Talbot county's
    proportion of the Free School Fund, now or that may hereafter
    come in the Treasury, in certain unsubscribed stock
    of the state, in one of the Banks in the city of Baltimore.


Passed Feb. 11, 1830.
    Resolved by the General Assembly of Maryland, That the
Treasurer of the Western Shore be, and he is hereby directed
to invest in such Bank in the city of Baltimore, in such
unsubscribed stock belonging to the state, as he may deem
most judicious for the interest of the county, such sum of money
as may now be due, or hereafter become due, with the
dividends as received upon the investments already made,
now due, or hereafter to become due, for Talbot county's proportion
of the Free School Fund, as it may severally come
into his hands, and the same shall be held for the benefit of
the Free Schools for Talbot county.

                                            No. 24.

A Resolution rescinding certain parts of a resolution passed
    at December session, eighteen hundred and twenty-eight,
    number fifty-seven, relating to the building of offices for
    Tobacco Dealers, on the vacant grounds owned by the State
    on Dugan's and O'Donnell's wharves, in the city of Baltimore.


Passed Feb. 15, 1830.
    Resolved by the General Assembly of Maryland, That all
such parts of the resolution, adopted at December session,
eighteen hundred and twenty-eight, number fifty-seven, authorising
and directing the Inspectors of Tobacco, in the warehouses
