1829.                                                                                LAWS OF MARYLAND.

  CHAP. 189.  
of said turnpike road, on such new location, be in writing,
signed by the President of said Washington and Baltimore
Turnpike Road Company, sealed with the seal of the said corporation,
and recorded within six months after the date thereof,
among the land records of Baltimore county.
Expenses.
    Sec. 3.  And be it enacted, That all expences attending the
change of the location, and the construction of the said Washington
and Baltimore Turnpike Road, hereby authorised, shall
be borne by the said Baltimore and Ohio Rail Road Company.

                                        CHAPTER 190.

An act to alter and change all such parts of the Constitution
    and form of Government of this State, as relate to the division
    of Worcester County into Election Districts.

    Repeal constitution.
    Section 1.  Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That all such parts of the constitution and form of government
as relate to the division of Worcester county into
election districts, be and the same is hereby repealed.
Berlin district divided.
    Sec. 2.  And be it enacted, That the third or Berlin district
be laid off into two separate election districts, and that the residue
of the districts in said county be, and remain as they now
are.
Confirmation required.
    Sec. 3.  And be it enacted, That if this act shall be confirmed
by the next General Assembly after the next election of delegates,
in the first session after such new election, as the constitution
and form of government directs, in such case this act
and the alterations in the said constitution contained therein
shall be considered as a part, and shall constitute and be valid
as a part of the said constitution and form of government, to
all intents and purposes, every matter and thing in the said
constitution and form of government in any wise conflicting
with, or contrary thereto, shall be, and the same is hereby repealed,
abrogated and annulled.

An act to alter and change the days of Meeting of the Trustees
                            of the Poor in Caroline County.

Repeal.
    Section 1.  Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That all such parts of an act passed at December session,
eighteen hundred and seventeen, chapter one hundred
and two, as directs the meetings of the Trustees of the Poor
