CHAP. 133.

Sec. 3. And be it enacted,
That if any of the said Commissioners
hereby appointed, shall die, resign, or refuse to act,
the remaining Commissioners may appoint other persons, who
shall have full power to act.

Vacancies.
|
Sec. 4. And be it enacted,
That the Commissioners of
Harford county shall levy upon the assessable property of said
county, such sum as may be necessary for the purpose aforesaid,
not exceeding two thousand dollars, which sum shall be
levied in two equal instalments, the first instalment to be levied
the present year, and the other instalment the succeeding year;
and should the said Commissioners hereby appointed, consider
it expedient to pay for the said buildings before the money
aforesaid can be levied under this act, they are hereby authorised
to borrow any sum not exceeding the sum aforesaid and
the sum so borrowed shall be paid by the Commissioners of
Harford county, out of the money hereby authorised to be
levied.

Sec. 5. And be it enacted,
That the said Commissioners
hereby appointed, shall meet on the first Tuesday in April
next, and proceed to carry into effect this act.

CHAPTER 134.
An act to repeal an act, " to transfer the Snowhill Militia
Company, of Worcester county, from the thirty-seventh,
to the ninth Regiment of Maryland Militia," passed at
December session, eighteen hundred and twenty-eight, chapter
forty-one.

Passed Feb. 24, 1830.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly
of Maryland, That
an act entitled, an act " to transfer the Snowhill Militia Company
of Worcester county, from the thirty-seventh, to the
ninth regiment of Maryland Militia," passed at December session,
eighteen hundred and twenty-eight, chapter forty-one,
be, and the same is hereby repealed, and the acts of Assembly
regulating the Militia of this State, shall be revived and made
in full force, so far as the same was intended to be repealed by
the act, intended to be repealed by this act.
