A Resolution in favour of Robert Rolle, of Talbot county,
in consideration of his services during the Revolutionary
War.
Resolved, That the treasurer of the western shore pay
to Robert Rolle, of Talbot "county, or to his order, during
life, in quarter yearly payments, a sum of money equal to
the half pay of a lieutenant, in consideration of his services
during the revolutionary war.

A Resolution in favour of Samuel Davis, of Baltimore City,
a Revolutionary Pensioner of this State.
Resolved, That the treasurer of the western shore, be and
he is hereby authorised and required, to pay to Samuel
Davis, or to his order, the pension accruing from the 12th
day of February 1823, (when he was stricken from the pen-
sion roll,) and the 9th day of March 1826, when he waa
replaced thereon, to which he would have been entitled had
he not been stricken therefrom.

Resolutions to compensate Josiah Bayly, Deputy Attorney
of the State for Somerset and Worcester Counties, for
certain extraordinary services rendered by him, and there-
in mentioned.
Resolved by the General Assembly of Maryland, That
the governor and council, be and they are hereby authorised
to allow to Josiah Bayly, esquire, deputy attorney of the
State for Somerset and Worcester counties, such compensa-
ducting to a final termination the suits of the state of Mary-
land against the securities of Cord Hazzard, late collector of
