RESOLUTIONS.

act passed at the last session of the legislature, the office of
said auditor-general has been abolished, and the records
and papers thereof, delivered over to the clerk of the coun-
cil: And whereas it appears that the land-office, in which
are recorded the landed titles of "the state, is the proper of-
fice for said books; therefore,
Resolved by the General Assembly of Maryland,
That the cleik of the council be and he is hereby authorised
and required, on or before the first day of April next, to
deliver over to the register of the land-office for the wes-
tern shore, the records containing said leases.

No. 22.

A Resolution providing for the payment to Benjamin Gudge-
on, of Kent county, the arrears of a Pension therein
mentioned.
Resolved, That the treasurer of the western shore, be and
he is hereby authorised to pay to Benjamin Gudgeon, one
of the heirs of William Gudgeon, late of Kent county, or
to his order, whatever sum was or may have been due to
the said William Gudgeon from the state of Maryland, at
the time of his decease, on account of his revolutionary
services.

No. 23.

A Resolution providing for the payment to Elizabeth Don-
nelly, of Frederick county, widow of Patrick Donnel-
ly, late a Revolutionary pensioner of the State, the arrears
of his Pension.

Resolved, That the treasurer of the western shore, be and
he is hereby authorised, to pay to Elizabeth Donnelly,
widow of the late Patrick Donnelly, of Frederick county,
er to her order, whatever sum was or may have been due
to the said Patrick Donnelly, from the state of Maryland,
at the time of his decease, on account of bis revolutionary
services.

A Resolution providing for the payment to Rachel Wilson,
widow of David Wilson, late a Pensioner of the State of
Maryland, the arrears of his Pension.
Resolved, That the treasurer of the western shore pay to
Rachel Wilsen, widow of the late David Wilson, of to her
