CHAP. XVI.
An Additional Supplement to the act, entitled, An act
for erecting a public School in Frederick county.
Sec. 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Ma-
ryland, That the Visitors of Frederick County School, or
a majority of them, are hereby authorised, empowered and
required, to sell and convey the said school house in Frede-
rick town, with the lot thereto belonging, for such price, and
at such time, as in their discretion they may think most ad-
vantageous to the interest of the said institution, and are
hereby authorised, empowered and required, to apply the
money arising from the sale thereof to the purchase of a lot
of ground in Frederick town, or in its immediate vicinity, and
to erect thereon comfortable and commodious buildings for
a county school.

Sec. 2. And be it enacted, That the said lot which shall
be purchased by the visitors by virtue of this act, and all
such buildings as are or may hereafter be erected thereon,
shall and is hereby declared to vest in the visitors aforesaid,
in fee simple, to them, and their successors, in their corpo-
rate capacity, for the purposes of a seminary of learning in
the said county, and for that purpose alone.

An Act to confirm an act, entitled, An act to alter and
repeal all such parts of the Constitution and Form of
Government of this State as relate to the division of
Worcester County into Election Districts, passed at
December session eighteen hundred and twenty-seven,
chapter fifty.

|
Sec. 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Ma-
ryland, That an act passed at December session eighteen,
hundred and twenty-seven, chapter fifty, entitled, An act
to alter and repeal all such parts of the constitution and form,
of government of this state as relate to the division of Wor-
cester county into election districts, be and the same is here-
by confirmed.

Sec. 2. And be it enacted, That Worcester county shall
be divided and laid off into seven separate election districts,
whereof the present district called and known as Number
Four, or Johnson's District, and the district called and
known as Number Five, or Dennis' District, shall be di-
vided into four separate election districts, and the present
election districts, viz. Number One, or Coston's District,
and Number Two, or Snow Hill District, and Number
Three, or Berlin District, to be and remain as they now
