their heirs and assigns from the judgment and costs in
the ease of the State of Maryland against them decided at
the September term of the Circuit Court for St. Mary's
County, 1887.

CHAPTER 401.
AN ACT to authorize the State Roads Commission of Mary-
land to construct a concrete road from Showells, Mary-
land, a point on the main concrete State road, to a point
on the concrete road leading from Salisbury to Ocean
City at or near St. Martin's Station.

CHAPTER 402.
AN ACT to repeal and re-enact with amendments Sections
1, 2, 3 and 4, Chapter 527, of the Acts of 1912, entitled
"An Act to provide for the cleaning out of certain part
of the Pocomoke River in Worcester County."
WHEREAS, By virtue of Chapter 215 of the Acts of the Gen-
eral Assembly of Maryland, passed at the December Session,
1840, amended by subsequent Acts of the said General Assem-
bly, a certain fund was created for the purpose of cleaning
out the Pocomoke River in Worcester County, and was
paid into the hands of certain Commissioners, all of whom have
since died, but whose places have from time to time been duly
filled, and there still remains in the hands of the present Com-
missioners an unexpended balance of said fund.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That the Commissioners, and Trustees appointed and
acting under the provisions of Chapter 215 of Acts of Decem-
ber Session, 1840, Chapter 358 of the Acts of 1892, and their
successors be and are hereby authorized and directed and re-
quired to pay over to Dr. Rollins P. Collins, Walter P.
Whaley, and William N. Burbage, to be designated as the
"Pocomoke River Improvement Fund Committee," on or be-
fore July 1. 1920, and all money received by them, or any of
them, or their successors under the provisions of said Act, and
be deposited by said Committee in the First National Bank of
Snow Hill to the credit of the said Committee in a separate
