And the proceedings of the said Commission, as well as of its
executive committee, shall be made a matter of record in the
files of the Board of Education of Anne Arundel County.
SEC. 6. And be it further enacted, That the said Building
Commission, in addition to the powers conferred by this Act
shall have and exercise such other powers as are incident
thereto or a necessary consequence thereof, and its conclu-
sions as to the expenditure of the money arising from the sale
of said bond issue, shall be binding upon the Board of Educa-
tion of Anne Arundel County. Said money shall be kept in
a separate account by the Board of Education of Anne Arun-
del County and upon said board being directed by the said
Public School Building Commission to construct, remodel or
repair or to consolidate any public schools from said funds,
the said Board of Education shall forthwith comply there-
with; and it is hereby given full and ample power to make
contracts and enforce the execution of the same, to employ
architects and workmen when necessary, to purchase ma-
terials and generally to do any and all things under sound
and customary business practice, in carrying out the orders
and directions of the Public School Building Commission and
in making expenditures authorized by it.
SEC. 7. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect from the first day of June, Nineteen hundred and
twenty.

AN ACT to repeal and re-enact.with amendments Section 203
of Article 23 of the Code of Public General Laws of
Maryland, title "Corporations," sub-title "Insurance
Department.''
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Section 203 of Article 23 of the Code of Public
General Laws of Maryland, title "Corporations," sub-title
"Insurance Department," be and the same is hereby repealed
and re-enacted with amendments so as to read as follows:
203. The capital stock of no insurance company, mutual
insurance companies excepted, incorporated by this State, or
incorporated by the laws of any other State or nation, and
