SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That the County Com-
missioners of Montgomery County shall annually levy against
the Sixth Election District a sum sufficient to pay the interest
on one-third of the said bonds together with the principal
thereof at maturity.
SEC. 3. And be it further enacted, That the said County
Commissioners of Montgomery County shall annually levy
against the Fourth Election District of Montgomery County
a sum sufficient to pay the interest on the remaining two-thirds
of the said bonds together with the principal thereof at ma-
turity.
SEC. 4. And be it further enacted, That one-half of the
proceeds of the sale of the said bonds, less a proportionate
share of the expense of the advertising, or so much thereof as
may be necessary, shall be forthwith expended by the County
Commissioners of Montgomery County in the repair of the
road from Travilah to Hunting Hill.
SEC. 5. And be it further enacted, That the remaining one-
half of the proceeds of the sale of the said bonds, less a pro-
portionate share of the expense of advertising, shall be ten-
dered by the County Commissioners of Montgomery County
to the State Roads Commission as a contribution by Mont-
gomery County conditioned upon the written assurance of
the State Roads Commission in accepting the said donation
that the said State Roads Commission will immediately pro-
ceed with the construction of a road from Rockville to Hunt-
ing Hill to be built by the State Roads Commission and in
accordance with the specifications of the said Commission,
provided, that if the State Roads Commission shall refuse to
accept the said contribution herein authorized under the con-
ditions set forth, that the said one-half of the proceeds of the
sale of the said bonds, less advertising expense shall be avail-
able and shall be used by the County Commissioners of Mont-
gomery County for the purpose of repairing the existing road
between Rockville and Hunting Hill,
SEC. 6... And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect from the date of its passage.
