School Bonds" and shall be exempt from State, county and
municipal taxation in the State of Maryland.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That within three
months after "The Building Committee of Greensboro Pub-
lic School" as hereinafter set forth, shall notify in writing the
County Commissioners of Caroline County the amount neces-
sary to construct and equip, including a heating apparatus,
a school building in Greensboro, not exceeding the sum of
sixty thousand ($60,000) dollars, whereupon the bonds, as
hereinbefore and hereinafter mentioned, in an amount as
specified in said notice, shall be sold by the County Commis-
sioners, after due advertisement, to the highest bidder or bid-
ders, provided that none of said bonds shall be sold for less
than par.

SEC. 3. And be it further enacted, That Temple Smith,
Burt Hobbs, Jesse W. Porter, Clinton B. Jorman and Arthur
W. Brumbaugh, of Greensboro, Caroline County, Maryland,
be and they are hereby appointed a committee to be styled
"The Building Committee of Greensboro Public School" to
serve without pay, to erect a public school building in or
adjacent to the town of Greensboro, Caroline County, Mary-
land, to be constructed of brick or other durable material to be
selected by the Building Committee, and to furnish and equip
said building, and to provide suitable and sufficient heating,
lighting and all other necessary apparatus therefor in their
discretion; two of said Commissioners shall constitute a
quorum, the concurrence of two shall be necessary for the de-
cisions of all questions which shall arise in the discharge of
their duties, and all vacancies in said Building Committee,
whether from death, refusal to act, resignation or otherwise,
shall be filled by William P. Manlove, Dr. Frederick Malone,
Temple Smith, T. Clayton. Horsey. Jesse W. Porter, Burt
Hobbs and Frederick P. Roe.

SEC. 4. And be it further enacted, That "The Building
Committee of Greensboro Public School" shall, as speedily as
possible, procure and adopt plans and specifications for build-
ing said public school building of brick or other durable ma-
terial to be selected by the Committee, and as soon as said
plans and specifications are determined upon by said Building
Committee they shall invite sealed proposals by advertise-
ments for a reasonable time in their discretion for the con-
struction and completion of said work, which proposals shall
