SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That, before the ques-
tion of the issue of the city stock hereinabove provided for
or any part thereof shall be submitted to the legal voters of
the City of Baltimore, the Mayor and City Council of Balti-
more shall provide by ordinance for a commission with full
power to administer the said fund, to provide for its. expendi-
ture, to employ such officials, agents and servants as may be
necessary in connection therewith, and to supervise the entire
disposition of the same, so far as the exercise of such power
shall not be inconsistent with the Charter of the Mayor and
City Council of Baltimore, as now constituted or as may be
hereafter amended.

CHAPTER 375.
AN ACT providing for the erection and equipment of a pub-
lic school building in the town of Greensboro, Caroline
County, Maryland, authorizing and directing the County
Commissioners of Caroline County to issue bonds for the
purpose of providing funds for the erection and equip-
ment of the said school, providing for the sale of the
present school properties in the said town for the fur-
nishing of additional funds for said erection and equip-
ment and providing for other matters incident to the
main purpose of the Act.
SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That the County Commissioners of Caroline County be
and they are hereby authorized and directed to borrow money
on the credit of Caroline County by issuing and selling
bonds under the corporate seal of said County Commissioners
to be signed by the President and countersigned by the Clerk
thereof in an amount not exceeding sixty thousand ($60,000)
dollars, as in this Act hereinafter set forth; said bonds shall
be issued after written request made upon the said Com-
missioners by the Building Committee hereinafter provided
for, and shall bear interest from date, payable semi-annually,
at a rate not exceeding six per centum (6%), to be determined
by the said County Commissioners; said bonds shall have
printed upon them a distinct reference to the Act directing
their issuance and shall be designated "Caroline County
