SECTION 1. Be it enacted by the General Assembly of Mary-
land, That Chapter 447 of the Acts of 1914, entitled "An Act
to create the office of Sealer of Weights and Measures for
Prince George's County, Maryland, and to define his duties
and compensation, and to repeal, in so far as the same applies
to Prince George's County, Section 11 of Chapter 353 of the
Acts of 1910, which chapter repealed and re-enacted with
amendments Article 97 of the Code of Public General Laws
of_ Maryland, title 'Weights and Measures,' and to repeal
and re-enact with amendments Section 328 of Article 17 of the
Code of Public Local Laws of Maryland, title 'Prince George's
County/ sub-title 'Weights and Measures,' and to provide a
penalty for the violation thereof," be and the same is hereby
repealed.

SEC. 2. And be it further enacted, That this Act shall take
effect June 1, 1920.

CHAPTER 373.

AN ACT to authorize the Mayor and City Council of Balti-
more to issue the stock of said corporation to an amount
not exceeding twenty-six million (26,000,000) dollars for
the purpose of defraying the cost and expenses of the
acquisition of school house sites and the construction of
school buildings and additions to existing school build-
ings, and of the repair, improvement and reconstruction
of existing school buildings; of the construction of addi-
tions and extensions of the sanitary sewerage and storm
water drainage systems, including alterations, repairs and
improvements of the existing plant and its appur-
tenances ; and also to acquire by purchase or condemna-
tion any sanitary or storm water sewer or sewage dis-
posal plants as provided in Chapter 82 of the Acts of
1918; of condemning, opening, widening, straightening,
closing, grading and paving streets, avenues and alleys,
including the construction of the necessary bridges; of
developing and improving the harbor of Baltimore, in-
cluding the acquisition of sites and the construction of
wharves, docks, piers, warehouses and the construction
of bridges over navigable waters under the jurisdiction
