hart, now deceased, by "Item One" of her last will and testa-
ment dated the 8th day of August, 1919, which will is recorded
in the office of the Register of Wills of Baltimore City in Liber
H. W. J. No. 134, folio 101, "Wills," so that said sums so
given and bequeathed shall vest absolutely pursuant to the
tenor and in accordance with the intent of said will and
testament.

84. To the sale, grant and deed of a certain lot of ground
to the Mt. Rainier Methodist Episcopal Church, South, a body
corporate, duly incorporated under the laws of the State of
Maryland, its successors, and assigns, by John C. Yost and
Emma V. Yost, his wife, by deed dated February 3, 1919, and
recorded among the Land Records of Prince George's County,
Md., in Liber 138, folio 114, and described as follows: "Be-
ginning for the same at the southe'ast corner of Bunker Hill
Road and Thirty-fiifth street, and running thence with the
southerly line of said Bunker Hill Road, so as to exclude the
sidewalk, one hundred feet in an easterly direction; thence
running in a southerly direction and parallel with said Thirty-
fifth street two hundred feet; thence running in a westerly
direction and parallel with said Bunker Hill Road one hun-
dred feet; and thence running in a northerly.direction and
with the east line of said Thirty-fifth street, to the place of
beginning; said tract of land being situated in Prince George's
County: Md.

85. To the bequests contained in the last will and testament
of Annie S. Hill, deceased, late of Prince George's County,
Maryland, dated October 14, 1917, as follows: (a) To the
Domestic and Foreign Missionary Society of the Protestant
Episcopal Church of the United States of America, to be
used at the discretion of the Bishop of the Missionary District
of Salt Lake for the work of the Church in Nevada, the sum
of seven hundred dollars ($700). To the Vestry of Trinity
Church at Upper Marlboro, Maryland, to be used by said
Vestry in the erection of a Sunday School Hall in connection
with said Church whenever said Vestry shall have in hand for
the purpose a sum sufficient, in their judgment, to defray
the cost of erection of said hall, the sum of eight hundred
dollars ($800).

86. To the deed and conveyance from Harry T. Geisendoffer
of two lots of ground in Baltimore City to the Pentecostal
Church of the Nazarence, Incorporated; said deed being dated
