80. To the sale, grant and deed of a certain lot of ground
in the suburb of Hamilton in Baltimore City on the northeast
side of East Gibbons avenue, about three hundred and sixty-
eight feet and six inches southeasterly from the Harford road,
having front on said East Gibbons avenue of fifty feet, and a
depth along the southeast side of said lot of one hundred
and sixty-two feet and ten inches and along the northwest side
thereof of one hundred and seventy-four feet and two inches,
to "St. John's of Hamilton Parsonage Corporation,'' a body
corporate, duly incorporated under the laws of the State of
Maryland, by George P. Staudenmayer, David Staudenmayer,
Delia. A. Staudenmayer, his wife, and Mary L. C. Bowman by
their deed dated the sixteenth day of September. 1918, and
recorded among the Land Records of Baltimore City.

81. To the bequests contained in the last will and testament
of Annie S. Hill, deceased, late of Prince George's County,
Maryland, dated October 14, 1917, as follows: (a) To the
Domestic and Foreign Missionary Society of the Protestant
Episcopal Church of the United States of America, to be used
at the discretion of the Bishop of the Missionary District of
Salt Lake for the work of the Church in Nevada, the sum of
seven hundred dollars ($700) ; (b) to the Vestry of Trinity
Church at Upper Marlboro, Maryland, to be used by said
vestry in the erection of a Sunday School Hall in connection
with said Church whenever said vestry shall have in hand
for the piirpose a sum sufficient, in their judgment, to defray
the cost of erection of said hall, the sum of eight hundred
dollars ($800).

82. To the grant and deeds of Nathaniel M. Carrol 1 and
Elias Livezy, widower, to the Trustees of St. Paul's Metho-
dist Episcopal Church located on Saratoga street in the City
of Baltimore, a body corporate, which deeds are respectively
dated October the 27th,1897 and recorded among the Land
Records of Baltimore City in Liber R. 0. No. 1700, folio 30,
etc., and September the 23d, and recorded among the Land
Records of Baltimore City in Liber S. C. L. No. 3264, folio
610, etc.

83. To the gift and bequest of the sum of five hundred dol-
lars to "The Ladies' Aid Society of St. Paul's M. E. Church
South of Baltimore, Md.," a body corporate and of the like
sum of five hundred dollars to "The Home and Foreign Mis-
sionary Society" of the same Church, by Mary Virginia Tgle-
